Did you know?!

  • Your Pre/Post workout could be causing your breakouts?

  • Gym Girlies — it’s not a sad day, but you’ll need to avoid workout shakes/powders with b6, b12, peanut butter - just switch to almond butter, and whey protein can be exchanged for pea based protein powder!

  • Also, Everyone loves “Bloom” greens and superfoods powder - but babes, it’s causing you to break out due to the Spirulina and Chlorella (high in iodine)!

  • Your nightly bonnet or scarf is causing your forehead to breakout! washing it every other day instead of weekly, helps reduce forehead acne breakouts.

  • The ingredients in your hand/body lotion, edge control gel, shampoo/conditioner, dry shampoo, and other products you think doesn’t touch your face can possibly be pore cloggers that’s contributing to your acne breakouts.
